🤝 Technology Behind the Experience: IEG AIMS & Lounge Solutions

Delivering a memorable lounge experience goes beyond interiors and amenities — it also requires smooth operational excellence. That’s where IEG’s lounge technology ecosystem plays a pivotal role in powering efficient guest access and management.

As a trusted partner in premium lounge operations globally, IEG provides a suite of solutions — including AIMS (Access Information Management System), LoungeAtlas, mobile access tools, billing solutions, and analytics platforms — that streamline lounge entry, guest validation, billing, and reporting for airline partners.

In the case of the Maharaja Lounge, IEG supported Air India’s team through software setup, hardware integration, and deployment assistance, ensuring that the new spaces are not only luxurious but also tech-ready for seamless traveller experiences.

🎯 A Partnership Built Around Premium Service

This collaboration between Air India and IEG illustrates a shared commitment to redefining premium travel — one where comfort, culture, and technology come together. The Maharaja Lounge isn’t just a space for waiting; it’s a destination that reflects Air India’s evolving brand and IEG’s expertise in intelligent lounge operations.

As Air India continues to roll out modern lounge experiences across key hubs, this partnership sets a benchmark for how airlines and technology providers can co-create exceptional journeys — long before takeoff.
